Go into your settings on StarShipIt and check that the "Enable fulfillment event writeback" option is enabled. You can find the option under:

Settings -> Integrations -> Select settings for the Shopify Integration:

Then select the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the Writeback section and enable the "Enable fulfillment event writeback" setting


This should then allow StarShipIt to update Shopify in the notes for Trackhound to pick up.
