How often is information synced?

Once all data within your Retail Express is correct and your setup process has finished, our connector will:

1. Update stock levels and stock smart tags every 15 minutes
2. Create new and update products including pricing every hour*
3. Receive orders automatically into Retail Express instantly or every 15 minutes (depending on connector type) 

This allows you to carry on running your business from Retail Express whilst the eCommerce store is automatically updated as one seamless system.

If you make a change directly in your eCommerce system we will need to manually refresh your cache so please contact our support for this to occur.
