Our Connector
A time-based schedule will be run every 15 minutes to retrieve the latest unfulfilled orders from each warehouse in REX.
If any of the order details contain a delivery method of ‘home’ and the order has been ‘Processed’, the order has stock available to pick.
1. Delivery method is home
2. Order status is processed
3. The order is unfulfilled and has quantity to be picked
Retail Express will validate the delivery information on orders placed through the POS that have a fulfil method of home.
If the delivery information is not present on the customer;

Partial Shipments
When the order has been granted partial dispatch the connector will send items that have an available pick quantity into StarShipIt. Any subsequent items that were not included in the original order will be sent when the items have an available pick quantity amount.
StarShipIt will not accept duplicate Order numbers so partial shipment orders will end with a ‘/’ + partial shipment id
Auto Fulfillment
The connector will check for any recent shipped orders in StarShipIt on a 15-minute schedule and automatically fulfil the items in Retail Express.
