With shipping there are two parts, the first being what your customer sees and the second being what you get charged.
Your ecommerce store will have a plugin or calculation based upon the weights and dimensions which have been fed from the information in Retail Express
- WooCommerce – The charging is based on a best guess dimensions and weight.
- Actual Freight – This is what you are charged, this is another dimensions done in your freight software.
