Before enabling the automatic order syncs a test order is created in Retail Express from you eCommerce store to confirm the integration settings are setup correctly.


Making sure the following items on the order are correct;

  • Total paid, freight and GST amounts 
  • Discounts were applied (If applicable)
  • Customer shipping and billing information
  • Payment method
  • Product information 


Once the order has been reviewed you can cancel the test order in Retail Express and your eCommerce store (optional).
