We suggest the following web order processing workflow when using TranslatorHQ.


1. TranslatorHQ sends the paid and unfulfilled web order into Retail Express (Checked every 15 minutes). 

2. In WooCommerce and Neto the Retail Express order number is attached to the Order in eCommerce. (Comments in WooCommerce)

3. In Retail Express, you can go-ahead and run through fulfilment the red box appears.

4. Once the order has been dispatched in Retail Express you can mark the order as fulfilled or 'Complete' in your eCommerce store (Required if running on the Maropost Commerce Cloud (Neto) platform). 

5. If configured, your eCommerce store will send an email to the customer letting them know their order is on it's way and any shipment apps will run through their process.
