For an order, we ask that you require an email address so that your order can be processed securely, and without delay.


Retail Express does not allow online orders without an Email address andthere is a very high proportion of fraud in phone only orders.

With dashboard access you can see changes to Shopify that have allowed bad orders. Retail Express has to have a full Name and email address. These orders could be fraudulent.
