For each order, we ask that you require an email address so that your order can be processed securely, and without delay.


Retail Express does not allow online orders without an Email address and there is a very high proportion of fraud in phone-only orders.


We have special management to create a dummy email for orders from Catch and eBay but it is preferable if you can try to enforce this.


Orders can also have issues if they are missing fields that you have made mandatory in Retail Express POS settings like postcode or phone.


For Shopify you can see this setting at:

With dashboard access you can see changes to Shopify that have allowed bad orders.

Retail Express requires a full Name and email address. These orders could be fraudulent.
