Here's how customers can log into our Freshdesk and view all their issues and status in one place: (NOTE: You will only have access to support once your implementation is complete. Implementation issues and status are maintained in another system)
Customer Portal Access
How to Access Your Customer Portal:
- Connect to Portal URL: https://translatorhq.freshdesk.com/
- Login Options:
- Registered users can click on Login in the upper-right corner of the portal
- If you don't have an account, contact support
- Username = Your email address - click forgot your password if using for the first time.
Viewing Your Tickets and Status
Once logged in, customers can:
- Check the status of the tickets using the View all tickets option
- View the status of all the tickets raised by logging into the portal using the same email address used to raise tickets
- Add replies and notes to tickets when needed
