System Notice: Maropost API Infrastructure Update & Integration Impact

Modified on Wed, 23 Sep at 10:09 AM

Summary: An issue occurred last night that affected our system integrations, specifically impacting stock orders and customer syncing across most sites. We want to be clear that our internal code and configurations have not changed; this disruption is entirely caused by external infrastructure updates initiated by Maropost.

Understanding the Root Cause

  • Planned API Changes: Maropost has scheduled API base URL changes to take effect in September 2026.

  • Endpoint Deprecation: All alternative URLs will stop working after the cutover, which caused the sudden endpoint rejections we experienced last night.

  • SOAP APIs Unchanged: Please note that SOAP APIs remain unchanged, and current documentation is accurate.

What We Are Doing

Our technical team is actively coordinating with Maropost to update our application configurations to point to the newly enforced base URLs as quickly as possible.

Next Steps for Users

  • If you encounter a sync or order error, please avoid repeatedly submitting the same transaction to prevent duplication.

  • We will keep you updated as the infrastructure changes are finalised.
