If you're using Retail Express's native Shopify integration (not a third-party system like us TranslatorHQ) and are experiencing issues with product listings not syncing, this guide will walk you through manual fixes and what to expect from Maropost Support.
Troubleshooting:
If you are experiencing issues with products created in Retail Express (REX) not appearing in Shopify, you are not alone. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you manually trigger a product sync and understand how Maropost handles product sync.
Problem
You’ve uploaded new product listings in REX, but they are not showing up in your connected Shopify store. This can cause major delays and frustration, especially when you have dozens or hundreds of listings waiting to go live.
Immediate Workaround: Manually Trigger Sync for Individual Products
If only a few listings are missing, you can manually trigger a sync by doing the following:
Log in to your REX.
Open the product (or one of the variations if it's a grouped product).
Edit a Custom Field (Custom 1, Custom 2, or Custom 3) — simply add or change a value.
Save the product.
? This will trigger a sync for the individual product and all its variations (if applicable).
For Bulk Sync Requests
If you have uploaded many listings (e.g., 10+, 70+, or 300+) and they haven’t synced:
Contact Maropost Support via email (support@maropost.com) or call 1300 730 300.
Specify whether you'd like:
A full product data sync, or
A selective sync (provide a list of SKUs or product names).
The support team has confirmed that they can force a full sync from their side if needed.
