How does orders get sent from Rex to StarShipIt

Orders have a method of home delivery and the order has been processed that the order has stock available to pick, the order is unfulfilled and has a quantity to be picked, the current date or past the order of the items due date. 

A time-based schedule will be run every 15 minutes to retrieve the latest unfulfilled orders from each warehouse in REX. Retail Express will validate the delivery information on orders placed through the POS that have a fulfilling method of home.
