Why should I not archive orders in Shopify?

Once an order is archived, the connector can no longer read or detect it. As we want to update tracking details etc this is not possible if it is archived. If an order is not sent before it is archived, the order will not updated.


We recommend not archiving orders until at least a week after they were created. If you're having problems with your order sync, we strongly suggest that you leave all orders unarchived until these problems are resolved.
