If you would like to target customers who bought specific products or have a certain property then you can use Klaviyo inbuilt Flow and Segments to do just that.

In Klaviyo there are both Lists and Segments which are both different. Lists are static and won't delete or add customers.

Segments are dynamic lists, meaning they are lists that change depending on the condition/definition was set for them.

e.g) If a customer had an order over $100 in the last 30 days, they are added into a segment. Then after 30 days if that customer has no order over $100 in the past 30 days then they will automatically be removed from that segment.

e.g) If you want to create a segment that has Retail Express customers and have a specific country.

e.g) Getting a list of customers who have bought a certain category within the last 30 days.

Klaviyo flows are an automated way to find specific customers and allows different actions to occur for them. There are many different ways to find specific customers.

E.g) If you want to email customers who have bought a certain product category.
If you don't want the emails to be automatically send, you can change the status of the email into "Manual" instead of live.

There are many other different ways you can target customers!

Values that you can segment on.

You can segment based on Brands,Categories, Total value of order, etc.
