Customer Information Update
To find customer profiles who have their information updated, you can filter out by "THQ - Customer Update" in Activity Feed.
You can then click on the customer name to go into their profile.
The information we have sent from Retail Express can be found at the bottom, right under Custom Properties.
Currently the only customer values we can send from Retail Express are:

Order Information Update
Similar to Customer Updates, you can filter out by "THQ - Order Product" for order information for customers.
Only the information found in the image below can be sent, we can't send information about the product categories, etc
Additionally if you like a user friendlier format you can click on the timestamp on the right to show this pop up.
