Retail Express does not have a spot for an additional fee of any kind, it only has products. If you use a plugin or app to add fees these will be ok in your eCommerce system but they will not have a home in Retail Express. So you can not charge additional fees or handling fee in Rex either without it being a product.

The only way we can get these through to retail express at the moment is to increase the cost of the products that do appear to cover the additional amount.
We have done some work for a client who wanted a dangerous goods charge to be added to their freight charge in Retail Express. If his is of interest please let us know.
