Step 1: When placing an order in BigCommerce, select"Pickup in Store ($0.00)" as the Shipping method.

Alternatively, you can choose the Custom option and input "Pick up in store" or "Click & Collect".

Step 2: In the Comments and Notes section, add "Outlet id: [BigcommerceOutId]" to staff notes.
