New Feature - Klaviyo Customer Loyalty Sync

KlaviyoCustomerLoyaltySync    When enabled, the Klaviyo customer loyalty sync is executed as part of the regular customer sync.  Adds the customer to the transfer queue for an update when their loyalty points are modified

In simple terms, KlaviyoCustomerLoyaltySync is a feature that automatically keeps your email marketing system (Klaviyo) updated with your customers' loyalty points information.

Here's what it does in everyday language:

The Scenario:

  • Your business uses the Retail Express loyalty/rewards program where customers earn points
  • You use Klaviyo to send marketing emails to customers
  • You want to send personalized emails based on loyalty status (like "You have 500 points - redeem them now!")
  • OR you can add conditional splits in flow logic to treat your top customers differently.

What This Feature Does: When you turn this feature ON:

  • Anytime a customer's loyalty points change (they earn points from a purchase, redeem points, points expire, etc.)
  • The system automatically adds that customer to a queue
  • Then it sends the updated loyalty points information to Klaviyo
  • This happens as part of the regular customer data sync

Why This Matters: Without this sync, you'd have outdated loyalty information in Klaviyo. You might send an email saying "You have 100 points!" when they actually have 500, or encourage them to redeem points they already used. With this enabled, Klaviyo always has the current, accurate loyalty points data so you can send relevant, personalized emails.

In short: It's an automatic update system that makes sure your email marketing tool always knows the current loyalty points balance for each customer, so you can send them accurate, timely messages about their rewards.
