If you have an order stuck in the connector. The dashboard reports an issue with an empty SKU, we have updated the order, but need it to retry the import ?
Annoyingly eCommerce systems like Woo and Shopify hold on to the old SKU for the order line as it was. If the change in in Retail Express the order is retried and sends through automatically. If it is in eCommerce you will need to process the order manually or contact support.
