We regularly review partner collaborator access for activity to maintain security and integrity for all merchants and partners.
Starting immediately, if no user logs into a managed store within 90 days, collaborator access will be automatically removed for your entire partner organization.
This new policy is effective retroactively and has resulted in access expiration for all existing managed stores that show no record of user activity within 90 days.
