Shopify admin collaborator code

Sometimes we'll need a collaborator code - could you please provide it to us?

This can be found - from your Shopify admin - click Settings > Users and permissions > Collaborators > Collaborator Request Code.

ACCEPTING

To accept a Shopify collaborator request, go to Settings > Users and Permissions in your Shopify Admin, find the request in the Pending tab (or under Collaborators), review the requested permissions, and click Accept request, then confirm the access level. You'll get an email and see it in your dashboard; you can assign roles or accept with default permissions to grant access to partners or apps.

Step-by-step guide to accepting:

Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Navigate to Settings (the gear icon in the bottom-left).
Click on Users and Permissions.
Find the Collaborators section.
Look for the request in the Pending tab (or simply listed under Collaborators).
Click on the specific request from the partner or app.
In the Roles section, you can assign a specific role or leave it blank for default permissions.
Click the Accept request button, usually in the top-right corner.
Confirm by clicking Accept again.

This process grants the collaborator access, similar to a staff account but managed through their own Partner Dashboard, and doesn't count toward your staff limits.
