When you do a mass upload you want to leave the majority of fields empty if you can, this way they will not override what is already in Retail Express. However, for many of our new clients the Data Concierge process has left them with data that is not ok to upload, common issues are invalid SKU's illegal characters in descriptions and cost values.
In this example ...
The direct costs is negative and this is not allowed, you can set this to 0.00 in order to be able to load up the sheet.
Also be careful with the Sizes and Colours, these are often left with spaces either side of them.
