When the integration first creates a new product it will always be unpublished.
Once the products are loaded you will need to load the images and descriptions. Once you are done with that you will “Publish” them and then they will appear on the store.
So all new products from TranslatorHQ will be in :-
- WooCommerce -Drafts
- Shopify - No Sales Channel Assigned
- BigCommerce - Not Visible
These products will stay hidden from the store until you manually publish them, meaning no customers will be able to see them during this state. This allows you to change images, descriptions and more without needing to worry.
These products are set to ‘Active’ but haven’t been assigned a sales channel.
This box needs to be ticked for these to appear on the store.
