Once an order has been manually fulfilled in Shopify such as by clicking “Request Fulfilment” it won’t sync to Retail Express.
This is because the system sees it as already processed, and manual intervention breaks the automated sync.
To ensure your stock levels and records are accurate in Retail Express, you’ll need to:
Manually create the sale in Retail Express.
Fulfil the sale within Retail Express to update your inventory correctly.
This will ensure the order is accurately reflected in your system and stock quantities are adjusted as expected.
We have a Shopify Order that is not going through to Retail Express. She may have clicked the "Request Fulfilment" in error.
