Download the Zip File: Save the attachment to your computer. Usually, you can do this by right-clicking the attachment and selecting "Save As" or "Download".
Locate the File: Find the downloaded zip file on your computer. It’s often in the "Downloads" folder unless you specified a different location.
Extract the Files:
Windows: Right-click the zip file and select "Extract All". Follow the prompts to choose a destination folder and extract the files.
Mac: Double-click the zip file, and it will automatically extract the contents into a new folder in the same location.
Access the Files: Open the extracted folder to view and use the files.
If you’re using a mobile device, the process might vary slightly depending on your operating system and the apps you have installed. For example, on iOS, you can use the Files app to open and extract zip files.
