A September maintenance release by Retail Express has caused an issue with editing a product's source groups. Source groups are set as part of marking a product for Export to Web. In the past, you may have used this section of a product's page to mark it for Export.

Until this issue is fixed, a product's source groups cannot be set on its product page.

If you try to set source groups using the product page, these changes will not save. After the page refreshes, you will see the changes are reverted.

You will need to mark products for Export to Web using a spreadsheet (mass download and upload).

Most stores use the Online sales channel and Web source group for website products. If you use different source group and sales channel names in your system, please adjust the below process accordingly.

To mark products for Export to Web using a spreadsheet:

Go to Inventory > Mass Download in REX.

Click the “Export to Excel” button at the bottom without changing any settings.

Once you have downloaded and opened the spreadsheet, you need to scroll all the way over to the right. Find the columns ‘ExportToWebService’ and ‘Channel:ONLINE’.

For products you want on the website, fill in ‘ExportToWebService’ with ‘TRUE’ and ‘Channel:ONLINE’ with ‘WEB’, as below. When the spreadsheet is uploaded back to REX, they will be marked for Export to Web.
