Timeframe - Support Issues and contacts

As part of your maintenance we provide you with support for your Timeframe modules. We work with your IT, Finance and support providers to ensure that your experience across all your systems is an excellent one.
Here are some use cases and how you would contact support for these
- Security access, modules and menus – Your internal IT support - who can escalate to Timeframe support if required.
- Missing Bills in Billfiler or payments in OpenEFT – Timeframe support
- Unable to post a Journal with GL Importer – Aderant support escalating to Timeframe support if required.
Please send all Timeframe support related questions to firstname.lastname@example.org rather than directly to consultants.
We prefer using our systems rather than phone calls. Calls do have lower priority to those in our support queue,
you are welcome to call our office numbers below and we will do our best. Please avoid calling personal phones as we are on different schedules and time zones with different availability to provide the greatest coverage.
