The TranslatorHQ Maintenance and Hosting Fee is a fee that clients will either receive of on a monthly or yearly basis.
Generally our hosting fee is per Month with an addition of GST if applicable. This can increase depending on the types of additions you decide to use alongside your connector.
This fee is essential so that TranslatorHQ can continue to provide our integration services. This fee will cover:
- Premium Connector Hosting, using secure Microsoft and Amazon servers.
- Access to dedicated support provided by our in house support agents for issues with your service.
- Automatic free updates, adding new features, fixing bugs and speeding up our existing services.
Support is chargeable, and assistance beyond basic inquiries or maintenance may incur a fee. For urgent help, please provide a contact number, and we'll respond ASAP.
