A new sorting feature addon is available for users of TranslatorHQ. This article outlines how to use it

Firstly you need to buy this additional option and have it added to your TranslatorHQ subscription.

This makes it easier to sort your products without having to accept the order in Retail Express by ProductID. It sorts the sizes according to the REX sizes list.

In Retail Express using the size order form it will re-apply the sorting orders rather than using traditional ID (as entered) order list. You must put the correct size in to the list for them to be used and also needs to have each have a list order for each item to ensure its all correct.

This will use the size list in Retail Express : Go to Retail Express and settings

insert all values and upload to see it all.

The list order is driven across ALL sizes but is only used within the list for one item. It is a good idea to incement by 10 to leave gaps to inseert any new sizes or widths in the future....

The list order is relative to the variable product in context. For example if you had a T Shirt product that has S, M, L and XL the list order will need to be as follows:

S = 0
M = 1
L = 2
XL = 3

If you had different sizes assigned, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large it would be a different set of list orders, for example,

Small = 0
Medium = 1
Large  = 2
Extra Large = 3

The global size list would then look like;

S = 0
M = 1
L = 2
XL = 3
Small = 0
Medium = 1
Large  = 2
Extra Large = 3

You don't need to set a list order for every size and you can clean up the existing order on a product-per-product basis.
