If your issue has to do with your theme you can contact your web developer to assist. Sometimes this is no longer possible and thankfully you can locate the original developer of your theme to get support. This is a much better option than the "Shopify Expert Help" which means you are offering a paid job to a random person throughout the world who has no past with your store.
The steps to locate your theme developer are :-
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
Find the theme that you want to edit and click Customize.
Click the Theme settings tab.
Click Read documentation or Support:
