Unfortunately, WooCommerce introduced an update with breaks updates of stock levels from version 9.2 to 9.2.2. The developer responsible was aware this change could be "non backwards compatible" unfortunately there is no time scale on a solution as yet. We were unsuccessful on getting this remedied in the recent patch release.
Our developers are looking at the bug and will work with WooCommerce to get it corrected. It appears someone saw something they thought would be a good idea to stop happening, noting that "this may not be backwards compatible"
This is the simplest solution
But it may be better to wait the developers to look into more as this bug was only crated on the 22nd of August.

Thanks to our developers Gaye and Aidan worked on a solution and we are releasing this urgent fix onto your connection.
This allows us to support 9.2 including the latest 9.2.3 released yesterday.
